Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak on Choice and steady on Select on light to
moderate demand and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice chuck cuts
weak while round and loin cuts steady. Choice rib cuts steady while Select
firm. Beef trimmings generally steady on moderate demand and offerings.
