Rain, showers and a few thunderstorms will cover the southwest, central and east Midwest region and the eastern Delta area Thursday into Thursday night. Improving or maintaining soil moisture for development of winter wheat and for planting corn. Scattered thundershowers will move into the southeast US crop region tonight and Friday.
