Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light to moderate demand and
offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady while chuck cuts
weak. Beef trimmings moderately to sharply higher on good demand and moderate
offerings.
